What is the importance of Lash Lift?
A lash lift is a non-surgical procedure that uses a special solution to curl your lashes, giving you a more lifted and defined look. The results can last for up to 6 weeks, and the procedure is relatively painless and quick.
There are a few reasons why a lash lift might not work. Here are some of the most common reasons:
- The technician did not apply the solution correctly. The solution used in a lash lift is very important, and it must be applied correctly in order to get the desired results. If the solution is not applied correctly, it may not be able to penetrate the lashes or it may not be able to hold them in the desired position.
- The lashes are not healthy enough. In order for a lash lift to work, the lashes need to be healthy and strong. If the lashes are damaged or weak, they may not be able to hold the lift.
- The lashes are too short. Lash lifts are most effective on lashes that are at least 1/4 inch long. If the lashes are too short, they may not be able to hold the lift.
- The lashes are not properly prepped. Before a lash lift, the lashes need to be clean and free of oil and makeup. If the lashes are not properly prepped, the solution may not be able to penetrate them.
- The lashes are not allowed to rest properly after the lift. After a lash lift, the lashes need to be allowed to rest for at least 24 hours. If the lashes are not allowed to rest, they may not hold the lift.
